We Have Received CE Certification for Our Three Roll Mill Lab Model!
Our Three Roll Mill 2.5” x 5” Lab Model has just received CE certification following an independent evaluation by VOV Certification and Testing Laboratory Limited in London!
This popular three roll mill lab model features adjustable speed control, Teflon end plates, all stainless steel rollers, and cover on top of the rollers for additional safety. It is perfect for lab work and the processing of small batches of materials.
CE certification implicates that our lab model has been able to meet all the CE Mark requirements, which involve rigorous testing to European and International standards for product safety, compatibility, durability and performance.
This is great news for our customers and we will carry on our uncompromising pursuit for quality excellence in our day-to-day operations. It also represents an important step forward for our expansion into the international market!

Everyday I interacted with many customers. It is truly a privilege to have a chance to know them and serve them. Today I learned something important from a customer, Mr. John Murtaugh from

Here is a brief description of Two Birds Antiques
Angela Kier and husband John Murtaugh began Two Birds Antiques in 1997. The couple became fascinated with 18th Century English ceramics in 1989 after the purchase of a piece of 1770’s Wedgwood creamware. They created Two Birds Antiques not only as a business but also as a way to connect with other individuals who share a passion for ceramics, their philosophy is simple… Treat each customer as a friend (most end up that way) and stand behind each item with a guarantee. Two birds Antiques exhibit at shows across the USA. We do not have an open shop but are available by appointment to both buy and sell. Angela is a candidate member of the American Society of Appraisers- The international Society of Professional Valuers.

We Got a New Web Interface!
One of our goals in the Year 2007 is to add fun and ease to what you do at work. We operate a fun and caring organization, and we want you to benefit from this culture.
Today, we introduced a new web image to accommodate the great offers and events that are to come one after another over the rest of the year. You’ll find the new website easy to navigate, with added features such as “Free Quote”, “Customers A to Z”, and “Web Specials”, and better yet, covering a wider range of products, including used brand name machines.
In celebration of the launch of the new web interface, we are going to offer 2 free apron knife blades regardless of the make of your three roll mill. We will also invite you to “Name Your Own Price” for two web special three roll mills – a 2.5” model and a 6” model – through Ebay. You will find similar deals on our website all year round as we pass on more savings to our valued customers.
The next big thing, apart from providing better products and services of course, is to inaugurate the much expected Happy Three Roll Miller Club. As a reader has pointed out, “Why nobody thought it in the past!” We want to bring together three roll millers from all kinds of industries – ink, cosmetics, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and many more – to share valuable experiences.
In June, we’ll invite you to post both happy and awkward three roll milling stories and ask people to vote for their favorite ones. There will also be a contest for the “Best Miller of the Year.” Winner gets a luxurious vacation for 2 to Las Vegas! As a gesture of goodwill, we also plan to donate $2 to charity for every new club membership although enrollment is totally free.

Feedback from a customer in Croatia
Today we heard from our friend Mr. Mario from Croatia (nime1@net.hr). He is very satisfied with our machine. It was not easy to ship a machine to Croatia from the US. Originally we were going to ship by ocean to Triste, Italy. It was going to take 35-40 days. Finally we decided to ship by air to Zagreb. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
