One of our customers who bought our three roll mill to mix his artist paints is mixing great colors with the machine. The colors turn out excellent from the machine and he is enjoying the variety of colors that turn out. He is very happy to experiment and is very happy to have our machine. Thank you very much Robert! We are happy to have such great customers who are willing to share feedback and evaluations on our three roll mill machines. We appreciate it very much and hope we can continue this great business relationship.

Check out our picture of the silver paste we milled for our customer. It has 75% silver and the final Fineness of Grind (FOG) needs to be less than 10 microns for this particular customer. We can definitely achieve this on our three roll mills.

A customer came in to our office yesterday to mill a silver paste for their thick film materials. He milled it down to less than 15 mm! Torrey Hills Technologies can be a good source for your samples. There is a small fee to this service, however, if our machine is purchased by you or your company, we can credit half of the amount back to you

For full production three roll mills, or continuous running three roll mills, our machines work amazingly. Our machines are rugged, durable and reliable to handle any production demands to where the mill needs to be running all day. Our rollers are cored to handle liquid to follow through and maintain, usually at room temperature, to avoid expansion of rollers due to friction during milling.

Torrey Hills Technologies has explosion proof three roll mills in 6″ and 9″ models. The motor, vfd, and electrical components are all explosion proof. Great for materials that are flammable.
